01 Order Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, or at any time before your order is marked as shipped, whichever comes first.
02 How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@bulkiestore.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order". Please ensure the request is sent from the same email address used to place the order.
03 Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must receive the order and then refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return.
