01 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of scratches, dents, or odors.
02 Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective bottle, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.
03 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or replacement, email support@bulkiestore.com with your order number, photo attachments of the item, and reasons for return.
04 Refunds Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or designated bank account for COD) within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
